Hiking

Over 1,000 kilometres of marked hiking trails cross the gentle grass mountains around Kitzbühel — from a relaxed stroll to a demanding summit tour. The famous Streif, the winter stage of the Hahnenkamm Race, can be hiked in summer along a roughly 7.7-kilometre route.

A popular destination for families is the alpine flower garden on the Kitzbüheler Horn, with sweeping panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
