Our chalets, apartments and rooms are meant to be a second home to you. You should feel comfortable and be able to rest. We put great care into the furnishings and hope you find everything you need. The house rules below are meant to help ensure a harmonious stay. By booking, we assume these house rules are accepted.

Please treat the kitchen fittings and appliances with care. Only place clean, dry dishes, pots and cutlery back in the cupboards. Always use a trivet under hot pots and a cutting board when slicing. Please leave the oven and microwave clean.
The wellness area in Reith is reserved exclusively for the booked chalet. The wellness area in Jochberg (including the pool) is likewise reserved for our guests only, but due to the multiple apartments in the residence can be booked exclusively daily between 8:30am–7:00pm (open daily from 6:00am, sauna from 6:30am, until 9:00pm). Maximum exclusive hours per day: Apt. Laura 3h, Apt. Evian 3h, Hermann 2h, Chloé 1.5h. Access only with slippers, bath sandals or barefoot. Food, drinks and dishes are not permitted in the wellness area.
No one damages things on purpose — but accidents happen. Please let us know about any damage rather than letting us discover it at the final clean. You are liable for replacement or repair costs starting at 5% of your rental sum.
To avoid mould, please air the rooms sufficiently — at least once a day for 5–10 minutes, especially after showering.
We ask our guests to treat the residence with care. The front door should remain closed and be locked when leaving the house, as should all windows, to avoid damage from storms or break-ins. Please use water and electricity responsibly.
Waste is separated into general waste, glass and paper — corresponding bins are available on the property. Please only use bin liners in the bathroom bins. No waste, food scraps or harmful liquids may be disposed of in the sink, toilet, basin or shower.
Should an accident happen (heavy soiling, spilled liquids on floors or surfaces), please clean it up immediately and let us know. Please leave the rooms broom-clean on departure and put used dishes back in the cupboards clean.
In the interest of good neighbourly relations, please observe the public quiet hours (night and Sunday rest). Between 10pm and 7am no noise should be audible outside your own rooms; terraces and balconies should not be used during this time. Celebrations or parties are only allowed with the landlord's prior written consent.
Wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is available in the residences. Use is at your own risk; the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the tenant's internet use.
Smoking is not permitted inside the building. Please smoke only in the designated outdoor areas and dispose of fully extinguished cigarette butts in the bin.
Bringing pets is only allowed by prior arrangement with the host — see our Dog House Rules for details.
Parking is available directly at the residences. This does not constitute a custodial agreement; the landlord is not liable for loss of or damage to vehicles parked on the property, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
For urgently necessary repairs it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the chalet/apartment without the guest's knowledge. Where possible, you will be informed in advance.
Please never hand over your key or e-key. Any loss must be reported immediately; the guest is liable up to the replacement cost.
The landlord is not liable for guests' valuables.
