Anstatt des Widerrufsrechts nach § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG gelten bei uns die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen für die Hotellerie AGBH 2006.
Das bedeutet: Bis 3 Monate vor Anreise können Sie kostenlos stornieren. Ab 3 Monaten bis 2 Monat vor Anreise berechnen wir 30% des Reisepreises. Ab 2 Monate bis 1 Monate vor Anreise beträgt die Stornogebühr 60% des Reisepreises, Ab 1 Monat bevor Anreise bis 7 Tage bevor Anreise 90%,und ab 1 Woche, wie bei vorzeitiger Abreise: 100% des Buchungspreises.

This is why we recommend concluding the Hotel Cancellation Plus Insurance of the European Travel Insurance – for your best protection and shelter in your holiday in Austria.
There is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG, instead the AGBH 2006 (General Terms and Conditions of business for the Hotel Industry) apply to our house: You may cancel your booking without charge up to 3 month prior to your arrival. From 3 month up to 2 months prior to your arrival, that cancellation fee is 60% of the cost of the booking. From 2 months to 1 month: 90%. And up to 1 week prior to your arrival, the cancellation fee is 90 % of the cost of the booking. When you cancel during the last week before you arrive we will invoice you 100 % of the cost of your booking, as it is on early departure.
