Our Wellness Area and Facilities – with a large swimming pool, sauna and separate showers in our Residentie Jochberg is only accessible for our guests.
Opening hours are from 06.00 AM (sauna: 06.30 AM) up to 09.30 PM; 7 days a week.
The Wellness Area can be booked for exclusive usage between 8.30 AM and 6.00 PM in case more than one Apartments in the Residence are occupied.
The exclusive usage can be booked directly in this calendar or via a request by sms/email/whatsapp to wir@daskitz.com or +43 664 5456200.
Together with your booking confirmation you will also receive a confirmation of the number of hours (per day) that the wellness area can be booked by you exclusively. In case the wellness area is not exclusively booked, the area is freely accessible for all guests.

The wellness area is only accessible with the specific house shoes/slippers or bare feet.
Taking and/or consuming food or drinks in the area is strictly prohibited. As well as taking and using dishes, cutlery or glasses. The wellness area has a cooler with cooled (plastic) water bottles. The bottles of water can be used free of charge.
Please use the special bathing towels that you receive. No extra, special towels are available in the wellness area. And take these with you, back to the appartment. Every third day we’lll hand over fresh, new towels. We kindly ask you, therefore, not to leave the towels in the wellness area.
