Our luxury chalets and apartments are fully furnished, fully equipped and decorated in luxurious Tyrolean style. Special attention has been paid to quality, design and details.
In combination with impeccable service, we would like to provide our guests with a lasting, positive memory of their stay in one of our residences around Kitzbühel.
Jochberg Residence
Its location — at an altitude of 1,000 metres — is reminiscent of an 'eagle's nest'. With a beautiful, unobstructed view towards Kitzbühel, the village centre of Jochberg and towards Gross Glockner, the residence is really easily accessible (even in winter, during heavy snowfall) and secluded at the same time.
Reith Residence
The residence consists of a single chalet located a few minutes from the Schwarzsee and directly opposite the golf course. The chalet offers a beautiful view of the Hahnenkamm. It is the perfect place for a larger family or group of friends who appreciate maximum privacy. The chalet has its own parking space with space for 3 cars.
Steuerberg Residence
This residence is romantically located on top of the Steuerberg. A fascinating and traditional location that offers fantastic views of three Kitzbüheler landmarks: the Wilder Kaiser, the Kitzbüheler Horn and the Hahnenkamm. In this residence, the entrance to the apartments is clearly separated from the Wirtshaus, which is located on the ground floor. However, guests have direct access to the restaurant and the spacious garden where the beautiful surrounding landscape can be enjoyed in the afternoon and evening. The swimming pool, which is exclusively accessible to guests, provides a special atmosphere and a panoramic view of the surrounding mountain landscape.
